This lesson is great value for the paddler who has a board, has questions & wants to improve technique. Here's what is included: -Equipment inspection, we will review your set up to insure everything is done correctly & safe to enter the water. -Beach warm up, gentle movement for the body -Group lesson -Paddle drills -Introduction to self rescue positions & safety tips -Q & A

Cancellation Policy

Due to smaller class sizes we ask that you cancel your board reservation at least 12hrs prior to the class begin time. This will allow us time to offer your spot to someone who may be on the waitlist. Unfortunately, you will forfeit your class if you cancel outside of the 12hr time period. We always try to avoid this, so let us know anytime you cannot make a class.
