Service Description

PaddleFIT Spring Training Camp begins June 5th 2021 for 4 consecutive weeks. These 2 hour weekly sessions are designed for anyone who has their own board and wants to learn advanced SUP skills. No previous SUP experience is necessary: we will start with an evaluation & place you in a group depending on your skill level. What's included? Each weekly 2 hour session will include these key components: - Land & Water warm up, Endurance Challenge & Core Training (Pilates) Additional training varies throughout the four week camp including: June 5th, week 1: Skills & Drills Evaluation, Video Baseline, Paddle Technique Intro, Stopping & turning Intro June 12th, week 2: Land Stability & Strength Training , Paddle Technique Level 1, Advanced turning drills, Safety & Rescue positions June 19th, week 3: Land Stability & Strength Training, Paddle Technique Level 2, Endurance Paddle with Buoy Turns June 26th, week 4: Land Stability & Strength Training, Intro to Racing, Endurance Paddle with Buoy Turns, Race Finish & Prizes, Video retake for comparison.

Cancellation Policy

Due to smaller class sizes we ask that you cancel your board reservation at least 12hrs prior to the class begin time. This will allow us time to offer your spot to someone who may be on the waitlist. Unfortunately, you will forfeit your class if you cancel outside of the 12hr time period. We alway try to avoid this, so let us know anytime you cannot make a class.
