Service Description

4x 40 minute sessions with focus on the 4 key elements of SUP conditioning. Stability, core strength, arms & wrists, legs including ankles & feet Using pilates exercises in combination with strength training your class will be sure to leave you feeling stronger and ready for paddle season. Your online session will be live ONLY. Recordings not available at this time Your 4 week session includes a FREE mini stability ball. I will arrange to get this to you upon registration.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancelation Policy

Due to smaller class sizes we ask that you cancel your board reservation at least 12hrs prior to the class begin time. This will allow us time to offer your spot to someone who may be on the waitlist. Unfortunately, you will forfeit your class if you cancel outside of the 12hr time period. We always try to avoid this, so let us know anytime you cannot make a class.
